Starus Photo (officially called Starus Photo Recovery) is a Windows utility to recover deleted photos from a computer hard drive, and photo cameras connected to computers. The tool is designed for photographers and home users who had their photos accidentally deleted from a storage medium, formatted, corrupted or lost due to a storage failure.
