I don’t know what this is, but it’s definitely not “Adobe Photoshop” at 250MB.
The developer site “Wuhan Net” links to ‘camoryapps’ site completely in Chinese, from what I can find there’s no trace of any photo editing software and what they do have is extremely rudimentary ‘apps’ if you can call them that.
All this together I’m hesitant to install to test what it really is.
